Focus on the Family: Church Outreach

Our vision is to see a movement of local churches around the world equipping its leaders and members in building God-honoring families, and encouraging them to make an impact in their community and culture. Leadership Transformations, Inc. (LTi)

At LTi, we seek to increase the “attentiveness quotient” within individuals and teams – for the deepening of their souls and greater vitality in their service. We cultivate vibrant spirituality and attentive discernment through the following offerings:

• Soul Care Retreats and Soul Sabbaths
  Overnight and day-long experiences of Sabbath rest and Biblical, prayerful reflection. We hold several of these per year.  We also facilitate these retreats for teams and offer self-guided retreat resources at our online store.



• Spiritual Leadership Communities
  Leaders sharing the journey of spiritual formation for personal and ministry development



• Spiritual Formation Groups
  Small groups of leaders committed to growing together in Christlikeness Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary's Pierce Center for Dicisple-Building
